The clockspring orientation is 80 degrees offset between the USDM and JDM ITR steering wheels.

The usdm Integra clockspring also have two tabs that engage that appear to engage the turn signal canceler which non-integra clocksprings don’t have these tabs, these are very likely specific to the usdm clockspring. These tabs don’t appear to be functional, as the turn signal canceler is driven by a groove in the wheel hub in all models.

The usdm Integra clock systems to be commonly used with JDM steering wheel by removing the black tabs, and rotating the clockspring 80 deg. clockwise. Since this seems to be pretty common it’s unlikely this presents any risk but does mean if the wheel is turned right to full lock the clockspring would be rotated 80 degrees further than it would with the USDM wheel.

I have no idea what if any of this translates to CDM or EU models.
