Re: Integra Type-R in Fredericksburg, TX
I would love to see if the floormats are oem or aftermarket...
Re: Integra Type-R in Fredericksburg, TX
Hello, FORUM READERS...
HERE are some more photos...
(I hope these go through)
SO, this is NOT a Type-R Integra... I'm disappointed, but so be it...
Do you people think that this motor/transmission is worth saving to SWAP into a Civic, for example...
Are the floor mats original Type-R...
The sport seats are in really great condition, especially the passenger-side front seat... Anyone interested in these, as I plan on selling them... Selling the floor mats, too... (BUT, I am KEEPING the high-end Panasonic stereo...)
Also selling the taillights (NO cracks, but some minor scratches, which could be buffed out)
Also have the hatch area privacy panel and all of the plastic cover plates found in the trunk area...

I DID They changed the oil every 3000 miles and just had the timing belt/water pump replaced at 118,000 miles... just about perfect/like new interior... SO blessed...

Re: Integra Type-R in Fredericksburg, TX
Hallelujah...
It looks like my photos finally DID go thru...
Having TONS of fun with my Civic project...
I realize this is an Integra forum, but just wanted to share my experience getting this car together... I do not have a welder or extensive body shop experience... BUT, I do know where the Great junk yards in my area are located... And my friend at Metal Recycling has giving me great prices on many many many Honda parts... So blessed... Planning on putting in the brand-new headlights, today...
Thanks for listening...
Donald

Re: Integra Type-R in Fredericksburg, TX
The floor mats look to be real 97-00 USDM Integra Type R floor mats. That's a score right there. That's the only genuine parts I see.
The shift knob is not Type R.

Re: Integra Type-R in Fredericksburg, TX
Full set of four mats? And, I’m sure you would have mentioned it, any chance there was a trunk mat in there too?
Re: Integra Type-R in Fredericksburg, TX
Hello, Type-R Forum READERS...
SO, these are "REAL" Type-R floor mats... I am planning on trying to clean them up a little bit... Is anyone interested in obtaining them (they don't fit my civic-but anyway, I made my own mats from a Dollar General area rug, from which I cut out my four mats and then sealed the edges with a lighter flame) MAKE ME AN OFFERI'm located in central Texas... They could be shipped out to you...
NO, unfortunately there was no trunk mat, BUT, I did grab the hatch-area privacy panel (just about perfect condition), AND all of the small plastic trim panels that allow access for changing taillight bulbs, etc.
ALSO, I am selling the front seats... I'm away from home til May 16 (up in Wisconsin for Mother's Day week), but I can post pictures of them when I get back. I have all of the seat mounting bolts and the plastic trim pieces, too.
Once again I will ask... is ANYBODY interested in this Integra motor and transmission to swap into their Civic, for example... Yes, it's NOT Type-R, BUT it has more horsepower than a Civic motor... Again, Metal Recycling is going to crush this car and the motor is going to go to waste... Like I said, my friend works there and I believe he would make somebody a really good deal on this motor/trans combo... Whenever I need something he sells it to me at a ridiculously low price... the parts mean little to them other than the metal scrap value... But to me, used Honda parts are like GOLD... I was able to get just about everything I needed and more to fix up my little Honda Civic and plus now I've got extra parts like an extra starter extra radiator extra alternator extra fuel injectors fuel pump sensors just about everything... I stripped that car (the Civic that they had a few months ago) of everything good and then they crushed it.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT OBTAINING ANY OF MY INTEGRA PARTS...
Thankyou...
Donald

I have FINISHED (finally, HALLELUJAH) my Civic project... Maiden voyage is a 1300 mile trip to visit Mom...
Wouldn't be here without Her...
Got 36 mpg, with my Ruthinium spark plugs... Here are a few pictures of the Civic... Thanks for listening...
