Guess my $600 order wasn't enough for them to care much about my business or working with them. :middlefinger:

I read back the email thread - they asked for the number on my card so they could verify the purchase, then told me Wells Fargo doesn't do merchant verifications, that I would need to call them and do a conference call so I could answer verification questions with them on the call. I asked if I could patch them in later, and they said they needed to be present the whole time to verify who it was I was talking to. I said I wasn't comfortable with that, because then they have the answers to my verification questions and could gain access to my account. They didn't want to work with me beyond that. I have never had any other company make such an odd request.

Matt from icb can be condescending ,as well as Steve from hmo. They are both reputable sellers.
I don’t blame them for wanting to vent you out on sales. I have dealt with both Sellers and I am almost forgotten unless I drive up to icb and Steve has ignored me on several requests after speaking with him.

Not the biggest deal, just a frustrating experience I've never encountered. I took my business elsewhere.

I have ordered from ICB 3-4 times. I worked with some lady regarding one order where she wanted me to do the conference call thing. I don't think we ever actually did it though.

They have good parts. They even hooked me up with a blank Type R Armrest badge after they were discontinued. The sale was you could only buy a blank armrest badge if you bought an Armrest first. I already had the Armrest but I asked if they would sell me the badge separately. It was a large order, and they did. I am very grateful for that!
