Thanks for sharing after seeing your photos I checked on part numbers The vent pipe for a 2000 Civic SI and 2001 ITR are different part numbers (.17720-ST7-A00, 01 ITR\ 17720-S01-A01, 00 Civic SI) but....

Share very similar part diagrams (with the civic vent line running in the center of the 3 fuel hardlines where the ITR vent line run furthest to the left).

They share the same clip (b10, 95002-02104) on the engine side, rubber insulator (91599-S01-A00), and stay (17766-S01-A00) on the fuel tank side. I bet with some adjustment it would be workable and the Civic pipe appears to still be available so I might reach out to my local Honda dealer to order one (so there won't be shipping charges) and at least see what the two lines look like lined up.

Picked up the new ‘99 Civic SI vent line today. It cost $109 with tax from the dealer.

It’s very close but about 50-60mm longer, might still be close enough to fudge if you wanted/had to. It’s hard to tell without getting it in place and checking the firewall and tank clearance. This actually makes sense given that the 99 Civic Coupe wheelbase is ~2” more than the Integra coupe. I’ll likely start checking for a 00-01 in a wrecking yard or private part out nearby.

Any one need a ‘99 Civic Vent line ha ha. :)

Anyway here’s some pics:
