Saw this while looking for an ITR shell. Pretty extensive modifications, price seems high given modifications and 200k+

Thanks for adding, this car was added to the list a few post before. Price has been dropped from $14k to $13.5k now.

I believe I’ve spoken to the seller a while back (if it’s the same seller). If I’m not wrong it had a “claim” and that’s why it has the jdm front. I could be wrong, but i doubt it since it’s blue lol.

This car has been around for a long time. In the mid-2000's it had the full Mugen kit and was already repainted Monte Carlo Blue. It has been passed around many times since then and pops up for sale every year or so with different parts on it. I cannot recall if any claims had been mentioned in any of the prior For Sale ads. It was noted that there were a number of mechanical issues with it each time it popped up for sale.

I must have it confused with another Canadian caR. I would be interested in seeing pictures of it in its previous glory! It wouldn’t be a bad buy, but the interest in a Monte Carlo blue type r might be limited.

Yup, the 98 Clean title and the 01 PY rhd. I think the rhd one isn’t going to sell for his asking price. In my opinion price is kind of high for a botched car with rebuilt title. We will see.
