I'll assume 16x7 +45et? Were they the brand new set that popped up for sale recently?

It was THAT set. Probably the last set of spoon wheels that were still in the box, brand new, never mounted.

I mounted a set of RE71R on them:

Thanks! Are you local to the PNW? I'm going to finish up some engine work in the next month, then I'll start looking into some autox events and probably will do a few weekend runs out to the Olympic peninsula. There's a few local R owners but I haven't yet connected w/them.

Heart transplant from an '05 ITR. The transmission came with an LSD and a 5.0 FD. Will be dyno'ed / tuned in about a month. I was worried that the overall balance of the car would be out of wack but I actually think it's been improved. This will remain a mild, all-motor setup.

I remember the first time hearing the vtec change over from one of these on the dyno about 16 years ago. That car to me was one of the best sounding street cars ever. I have heard k24s and so forth and they may have been faster but not nearly as narly. It would be great to hear it on the dyno if possible.
