From what I’ve read, 93 is pretty safe into upper 12 to 13 over that can be done but is pushing it.

Safe is a moot point if you have to pull timing to make it safe. 12.5:1 with 93 and you'll be pulling timing. If the 93 is just to get you to a track where you switch to race gas that is a different story.

I'm using the 70mm Pro Series black TB:

So far its working great and likely helped me pick up some top end torque/power over the 68mm TB I was using before.

Awesome Build, love seeing people still building the B series.
I built a 84mm B18C1/ 10.5:1 with ITR cams, made 206WHP and 143WTQ (dynojet #'s) with a CAT'd 2.5" Hytech exhaust. The extra displacement is awesome
Have you considered using the RDX injectors?

This is the kind of b series build I want to do. Must be such an awesome engine to drive.

Have you considered using the RDX injectors?
The most difficult aspect of RDX injectors is finding a fuel rail that properly aligns and seats the injectors. Many on the market are simply adapted for RDK, leading to improperly spray angle (less power) or leaks.
