The only exception seems to be the trailing arm bushing from Spoon, which looks like it has far less voids than the Mugen/OEM unit. Production-class race car refers to the Honda Verno and Primo cups (and other spec classes of that vintage) where teams bought spec cars that were base prepped by Honda/Mugen. Nothing crazy as it was meant to give privateer racers a chance to compete on a more even playing ground. These bushings and some of the other parts in the catalogue are the last real "racing" parts as Mugen seems to have shifted to gross looking body kits and over-sized heavy wheels instead of staying true to it's roots. It seems like they market more merch and stickers than hard parts these days. Honda still offers spec packages of race parts like the Fit Rally and Roadcourse packages for their respective SCCA classes.

There’s a tsb on 92 or 96-00 civics for a clunk related to the rear trailing arm bushings. The tsb has a different part number than the part you would get ordering under the actual car. There’s a old ht thread saying it had the same rubber as the mugen or spoon rta.

Neat info. That would make sense if they were all (Honda, Mugen and Spoon) manufactured by the same supplier but to their individual specifications for hardness. Honda may have just "borrowed" the Mugen bushing because it was already available and fixed the clunk.

Got my Mugen bushings the other day. took about 5 business days to get here from Japan. Sat at customs for a couple of days it looks like. ended up being something like $180 CAD for them after all the fees, conversion, and duty.
