I will also emphasize how much easier line/flare wrenches help. The fuel or CMC bolts are easy to round.
I grinded down a 12mm wrench to make it thin enough to fit in and break the lock nut loose. The thin wrench fits on the end that the adjustment rod screws into then another 12 to pop the lock nut loose. Without the thin 12 the whole rod/lock nut will free spin inside the mount. I have had to change the adjustment rod a time or 2 to get the exact pedal feel desired.

Corona boredom project continues with making new vapor barriers

I found that the easiest way to remove all the gooey mess was to scrape off as much as possible with an old key card/credit card. Then wet down some paper towels with WD-40 and pat the residuals to loosen. Go back over while wiping. Do a final cleaning w/ degreaser or rubbing alcohol.

Cut out a piece of 6mil poly sheeting. 37x18" Tape onto door and trace out the area where the butyl tape will be applied.

Cut about an 1" outside those lines. Apply the butyl tape in the recessed area and press on new vapor barrier. Anywhere a hole needs to be cut, I placed clear tape over the area to reinforce it. Done

I need to clean that rain curtain glue off. Every time I climb in to work on something I get it somewhere on me and leave a trail of in through the house.
