Are those Skunk 2 front LCA's? Interested in what you think of them and how they hold up...
I would recommend Kingpin Machine front arms with HPD OE bushings for rubber or sphericals. Kingpin Machine supports our community by sponsoring Expo (~7yrs) via small US-made business and actively offers suspension advice. I would also point to, What happened to the old forums?

They literally cracked apart on both sides. Noticed the failure recently - they have just shy of 6k miles on them and were installed 4.5ish years ago. I am disappointed and probably wont do any more hardrace pieces.
...Dang, those bushings should last a lot longer than 6k. Hmmm I will have to keep an eye on them now. Appreciate the heads up!
I originally put all Hard Race bushings in 98-1040 in '07 but over the years I replaced all due to failure or upgrades to spherical. I originally put Hard Race engine mounts and front/rear sway endlinks in '97 #00171, but I had to replace all due to failure. Your mileage may vary, but since you are also tracking, keeping an eye out.

Looking forward to that review, I need to order some suspension stuff soon and am thinking of going with Skunk2

It's been awhile since an update. Got a few things done with the car the last few weeks.

Very close to being registered just need the DMV to open to be able to do a VIN verification. Anyone ever have that done? Curious what they look for.

On to some updates...

Picked up some titanium bits from ChasingJs

Got the 3rd brake light on after sourcing down the discontinued rubber grommets.

Racebred splitter came in. Still need to purchase some brackets and wait for my spare bumper/lip to be finished painting so I can install the setup.

Where did you find the 3rd brake light hardware? Been looking to replace mine but saw that they were discontinued.

I bought the hardware about 2 years ago from online dealership thankfully. I just didn't buy the rubber grommets at that time and then during disassembly for paint I lost the originals and had to find a used set.

I've never heard of Racebred, I will have to check them out. I would recommend checking out the Honed splitter brackets if you are searching for new. Otherwise, I have a spare set of P1 (new.)

I actually inquired about ordering a set from special projects about a month ago but never got a reply. Wanna sell your spare set? I'll take em off your hands!

A couple of updates

Picked up a titanium hood prop made by tide of time

Added some Ohlins reservoir socks for the brake, cluth, and Power steering reservoirs

At last my spare bumper is painted!

Pulled the OEM lip off and installed it on the bumper currently on the car

Mocked up the splitter

Still waiting on brackets for the splitter but hoping to have em soon.

Picked up a square set of Classic Wedssports TC05 in 16x8 +34. Gonna be fixing some small curb marks and sending to powder coat for a refinish. Will post updates as they come!

I haven't heard back from Honed recently either. I've emailed twice about their front lower roll center adjusters... You are welcome to my spare PCI bracket set. It's BNIB, let's coordinate next week.

It's been awhile since an update, mostly because post lockdown, work has been super busy. But a few things have been done on the car. Wedssports are at the powder coater and should be back next week. Still hoping for a track day this year if life permits.
