So anyway. Lol. What I was trying to type on the last post before my phone went wild was I got the new screws because they appeared to me they were some Mickey Mouse hardware screws. I think they are original. I can't believe Honda used these. The new one has the flat tip. The other bulbs are for the interior hvac. They were $19 for 4. They are over $6 retail cost. I have one bulb out on the ac panel.

The lenses on the fog lights are pitted. Based on the other thread I purchased a 99-00 civic fog light kit. This was about $70 cheaper than buying the 2000 integra fog light kit. I will have to use my integra brackets and back plate. I will probably end up selling the civic kit with the old lenses and break even .

Saturday update with a free repair for 96-00 civic owners. I don't believe this applies to the integra. If you have a sagging rear view mirror, here is how to repair it for free.99. First step remove it from the car. Second flip this cover off.

Next remove the torx and pull the metal piece toward you using your finger or by prying it. You want to bend it so don't be scared.

next pic is the bend on the spring/ bracket. No more sagging or dropped mirror. You can see my twist on the bracket/ spring. Quite a far stretch from the worn position.

Here is the cowl on the car. As you can see there is one original Honda clip. I assume this is from my former body shop . Nice they put new clips not nice they were not really the right ones.

Next up was a a serious money mistake . The cowl wouldn't accept the middle or off center main clip and broke 3 trying to install it. I didn't want to do it but if you have ever removed these things you know you have to use tools and that sucks on new parts. So all 9 main top clips broke.. these are $26 wholesale. The others on the firewall side didn't break but were marred from the pliers from the removal process ( the original clips are harder and didn't mar). Interesting but I can see why with age , EPA , etc.
