First order of business last night was something I have wanted for a long long time, and have never been able to do. All of my previous garages were tight on space, no wi-fi, or a temporary lease of space. I got myself a Amazon Firestick on prime day, and had an old TV and mount in a closet waiting to be used. A quick run to Home Depot for a concrete drill bit and some lag bolts, a half hour or so later and whallaaaaa!!

What a great setup for the garage. I have a wi-fi extender right next to the TV so it seems to work great! I streamed Dumb & Dumber last night while working and it didn't skip or pause 1 time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add TV without adding a cable box to your bill every month.

Once I got that all done and got the garage cleaned up from 2 weeks of shenanigans, I was back to cleaning up the harnesses. I got the passenger main firewall harness pretty much done! I need to do some more work on the fuse box, it's pretty tired. Next up is the driver side harness. I hope to attack that next go round and then we can start setting things in place!

Things are looking fresh!! I got a pretty hefty parts order comin in soon to hopefully button up the engine and get heR ready to have a heart again. :D :D :D :D

Damn that harness looks mint! I also have a TV in the garage. Couldn’t live without it during football season.

Nice progress Dan! Is that R-dot stamp on the tranny? Didn’t realize they were stamped also like the blocks...

Thank you m8! The other RDOT is on the tranny, yes. Stamped just like the blocks. Head is stamped '97 also so without the VIN matching engine and trans, I figured this is closest and best replacement for restoration.

Great info! And agreed that’s the best setup when original is no longer present.
