Above the cowl isn't attached properly there was ripples and one clip wouldn't attach to the car.
Save yourself money if you do this and don't do it like I did. I installed the firewall clips first resulting in about $50 in clips being purchased twice. The second time I I installed the glass side first with the middle first ( this was the original clip breaking point).

I bought a new cowl and wipers for my 2000 civic. As you can see the driver wiper came with something attached to the wiper on the driver side that wasn't original to the car. This drives me nuts. I tried talking to my trusted Acura guy about the wiper and if it had been superseded but I missed him. I don't want to get this on the replacement.

one last thing. I know a itr radio is hard to find. A em1 and a early ap1 uses a amber black radio. This radio uses the blue radio plug so you will need to create a jumper .

What do you find behind your bumper when you remove it ? This is Turbo and he decided to this himself. We missed the pic and he forced into the the picture.

Don't worry the whole rear was soaped and scrubbed with dawn and then regular car soap. On to what I really found. The horn clip was missing and some aftermarket alarm. There was horns on eBay that showed a two wire horn. The 98 integra has a one wire horn and I only had access to a 97 which has the two wire. So I had to buy a new one.

Next up, the bulbs from Acura didn't match. The bulbs are dual filament from Acura. Single in the car and the bulbs are the chrome bulbs that flash amber. Then I recalled the ad I located with the car for sale when it had EDM front signal lenses. You can't really see it but these clips are snaggle toothed. I replaced these at the same time.

If you look in this picture one of the snaps wasn't wanting to attach to the bumper. A twist with a 16 mm wrench resolved this. I only had to do it on one of them.
