My itr came with a excedy which people say is the oem clutch manufacturer. I can say it required a lot more pedal effort than when I installed the oem clutch. My civic clutch currently requires a lot of effort. It hurts my foot, my lady can't push the clutch down enough to even start the car. It has got to go. Why anyone would want a clutch like that to drive around is beyond me. I can see for track purposes but even then way too excessive for a b16.

Nice updates!

Nothing like an oem clutch disk and pressure plate. I put one in my EM1 and man, it just felt right. My caR also has an Excedy stage 2 in it. Can’t wait to rid it. Is the OEM stuff for our cars still available?

I just got them. The pressure plate was on back order for quite some time. Also keep in mind that you can get the flywheel but it is a superceded part number and is a em1 flywheel , not the original lightened unit.

I have the exedy "OEM ITR Spec" replacement clutch + Pressure plate on my car, it doesn't feel that bad, but occasionally I do think it requires a lot more effort than my old brand new OEM integra LS clutch I used to have when I was nonvtec.

One thing is, both clutches, my old OEM one and the exedy seem to engage fairly high up, and everyone who drives my car who do not driven hondas very often, the clutch feel seems to drive them nuts.

I'll say this, my clutch still feels a lot softer than a stock subaru wrx clutch

you can change the engagement point by adjusting the master at the pedal. sometimes if the original clutch is worn owners will adjust the play out of the pedal for the proper feel then when someone like you comes along and puts new clutch kit in but the master is adjusted for old worn out clutch so now its got slight pressure in the line which causes your new clutch to engage higher on the pedal.. ;)

My friend that paints houses came up with this idea. I wanted a off white. He suggested matching a panel on the Acura. The old lip spoiler was the supplied paint match with Dunn Edwards and their laser gun. It's just a single poop room so don't freak out.

The pressure plate looks just like the excedy with no markings on this pressure plate. Looks like the excedy stock that I removed from the integra.

With the exception of the disc . Which shouldn't be the reason for pedal effort. As stated above the excedy takes more effort than the oem p73 pressure plate. The original excedy wasn't terrible in the integra,it was just not my thing .

These are out! I already had the driver mount out . I have the same exhaust on the civic as the blue car. The blue seemed loud compared to the integra, and the hatch which has a ctr exhaust at idle or driving. The car is silent. I thought it didn't start. Same driving. Except at first I thought the alignment was off I was hearing a wind noise in the rear. Turns out I am a dodo and had the sunroof open, which I never do. Lol.

I can't comment on the rack yet. I think it feels a little dull like my ex rack. It's rebuilt not leaking etc but I not yet convinced on steering feel just yet. I was more thrown off with the clutch feel. I have the original rack. The replacement had the same markings. When the linkage came out the car it went from leaking to pouring.

In addition to my Honda addiction/ OEM addiction I also am addicted to OEM car covers.

I have one for the hatch and the coupe. I never thought I would get my hands on one for the integra. They cost too much .

A day late and a dollar short is the story of my life.

One day on ht one popped up and isn't outrageous in price .

I sent the guy a message and he text me that two guys were battling it out for the cover and it was now more $. Luckily the competition was either cheap or broke because I got it ! Lol. It fits great. I love it . I will say that the civic ones in my opinion seem a little nicer. The integra one is still crisp new as well , odd huh ?My friend made the same comment. The civic coupe one also fits the integra pretty well IF you can get one .
