Getting closer.. I'm happy with fitment, just want to center to drill spots as best as I can, then reprint.

Again these will be resin coated, or one layer of woven fiberglass on top and back. Primed/SEM black.

Why Honda didn't do this when the Integra was new is beyond me! It makes the car look more solid now!

Thanks! Just printed out another version. Going to test fit it in a few. I know! makes the butt look complete.. must have. The bumper align piece will be next, then 98-01 Integra owners can rejoice.



Just fitted the latest version.. everything lined up nice!. I'll have a video up this week on the install and final part once I resin coat mine and paint.

So if you want a pair Andy the next set can be yours. I just have to figure out shipping as these are more bulky than the others.

I was hoping just mirroring the part would allow it to fit the passenger side nice. Nope! I took out some gerth and pulled/ bent the tab in meshmixer. Testing that out. I also cutt the tab and built it up with clay for precise fitment. Will 3dscan that tomorrow also. Just hoping I got lucky in meshmixer first..

Also resin coating the part worked out nice. Not satisfied with just sanding and going SEM black after that.. Want to loose a bit of the print lines, so few coats of high build primer is happening.

Ok clayed..scanned and smoooshed down in meshmixer. Hopefully I got it. Printing on Monday when PLA comes in.

Test piece for the passenger side.. I'm not the greatest with meshmixer but we can get something that's good for this purpose. I'm liking the fitment besides the drill locations on the bumper tab. I redrilled it higher and copying its locations to reprint.

New piece will be cleaned up, adjusted drill holes. This one might be it..Then finally can sell them.
