The negative google reviews about the stealership aren't encouraging either.

At least we have ITRCA to check out these for sale ads. Maybe someone from ITRCA should call the dealer to explain the issues with this caR. In this day and age there's no reason to not have accountability and fair prices.

it also looks like the rubber seals between the fenders and bumper are not even there which would be positive ID that the front bumper has at least been removed..

Your car fax shows title and registration issued in 97 ? I couldn't even find a report for the car on the listings. I saw the first page on the ad .

My buddy owns a dealership and has Free Carfax checks. He ran it and sent me this screenshot.

Idk?

Someone mentioned it may be when the loan was paid off? Paid in 2003? Some states you dont have to list the mileage, so it took the last record of 10 from the DMV records as default.

? who knows.

The lack of history and long gaps in the CARFAX isn't confidence inspiring. I would run an AutoCheck and whatever else you can to help corroborate the garage queen status.

I've been on the other forum for years and never knew there was a dedicated Type R forum .. wow.

This car is off like many of you have pointed out. Glad to see the price point, but something is up with this car.

I've got the 2001 Canadian R with 15K miles on it. Happy to share super detailed pics of my car.
