Well, I reached out to the owner who bought it from the state auction via his/her email but have not heard anything back.

Thank you it’s been a long road but with the help of this community I found the story out about the car. Got in touch with the arresting officer and made sure everything was legit. I soon will be looking for the 5 lug for this and odds and ends shortly. Funneling parts away when I can find them…
