Here’s a few places that I found that would be around our final location. Image
This would be my first choice as it’s closest and off not busy at night on rt22. There’s a few places to eat nearby, Joao has awesome take out there bread for sandwiches and bolis is on point.

Here’s two other places again off the beaten path but close enough. It’s next to the antique auto museum as well. A few minutes from downtown Hershey foods great in the area and plenty of places that offer outdoor dining. It is close to Hershey park that may effect availability but with COVID that might not be a factor.

Last two here are close to location but also to the highway lots of traffic plus sheets is there so might have some interest in the cars. This would be easiest to get to but wouldn’t be inconspicuous. Though we do have the state police barracks and academy up the road and they use this exit to access the highway regularly. So it’s probably safe.

If anyone is interested in looking themselves search “hotels near skyline view in Harrisburg pa” Ciocca Honda Harrisburg is another address nearby you could search.

After discussing some things with co planner Nick and getting some opinions from possible attendees, we feel that the best safe option is to just look to next year and we can hopefully do something fun like this.

With too many states having more rising cases of COVID and travel not encouraged as well as differing opinions in masks and social distancing it would work better for us all to be in a better spot in regards to everything we are all experiencing right now.

With that said, if you’re looking for an R related activity there’s going to be a group heading to Watkins in September as well as Barber (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1015)

Stay safe stay healthy and let’s hope we can do this next year! Thanks again to Nick for organizing the restaurant and his folks place!
