Man that sucks. I'm sure they'll arrive soon though.

I broke out my 1999 Mugen catalogue that was full of race parts for Integras and Civics recently and remembered how unattainable they all seemed. I wish I was in a better position back then to buy more. I never saw the later catalogues but I'm sure the DC5 and EP3 era was probably the last of the good stuff. In my opinion, I think Honda went through a dark, uninspired phase where it almost didn't acknowledge the following it amassed for fans that wanted to emulate its race cars, at least in America. I guess Mugen followed suit and started churning out "Fast and Furious"-type crap. Hoodies, T-shirts and stickers are all cheap to produce and very profitable. They've definitely shifted to all show and no go.Klasse wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 4:47 pmWhen do you think that change happened? Sorry not sure which catalogue you're referring too.Dave7CDMTYPER wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 11:19 amYes, what's up with this? Mugen used to be so awesome.00DC2R wrote: ↑Tue May 19, 2020 7:12 pm These bushings and some of the other parts in the catalogue are the last real "racing" parts as Mugen seems to have shifted to gross looking body kits and over-sized heavy wheels instead of staying true to it's roots. It seems like they market more merch and stickers than hard parts these days.
