Thank you!
I Printed out a new version of the pass side which includes a add on to help hide a small gap. Fits good! I not a software nerd to design these like honda could, BUT it will do the job nicely. Once I figure out packaging/shipping cost they go up for sale. Goal is to stay under 75 shipped.
Should have about 3-4 pairs available by Monday.

Some final adjustments to the driver side.. Needed a offset on the far tab as I noticed it would push on the bumper a hair. Now it'll rest in to let the bumper relax where it wants to be.
This isn't resin coated or painted yet, and ignore the shiny area at bottom.. forgot printer was set for petg, adjusted temp during print..

Thanks! I actually had to scrape this driver side plug.. The gap didn't match up with the passenger side. Soo I took what I learned and went back to the original scan which fit well, somehow with all that tweaking I messed up the fitment.
The original fit much better as far as sealing to the bumper. Just added a small offset to the tab so it doesn't touch, along with stretching out the inner tab, and pushing it back. Everything has to fit in there without causing any bowing of the bumper which has been the harder part. But seems like it's there.
I have 3 passenger sides ready to ship out, just trying to get the driver side right. Next week I'm hoping to start selling some!

Plugs will go up for sale on Monday.
After fighting with the drill location, I've decided to let the customer adjust the plug, mark and drill. Added instructions will be given as the preferred drill location will actually be higher than the center point to hide the oval shaped hole in bumper.
I'm going to setup the feeler gauge to make just enough space from bumper to plug. So you can set it to that size, then drill. To tight you run into the plug pushing on bottom of bumper bowing it out a bit.
Yes quite ridiculous but I don't want to waste peoples money, and I know how I am with my car so I assume everyone else is.. Oem like fitment is goal..but I gotta be realistic, plus I"ve burned through A LOT of PLA.. Time to let people try them out because I'm going crazy.

Thanks, I'm trying ha.. I may give myself one more go at the passenger side to make it match up with driver side. The lower curve is different, can't have that!
Need to cut it, clay it and scan again.. dang. Luckily I know how to edge the parts better now. Other way I was doing it kept throwing errors. So I am getting better as the ocd keeps on.

Final Part for the Driver side.. Some minor tweaks to clean edges and circle tabs to make more room for drilling points. Yes that' robot rob holding it.

Ok I decided that shape will be fine for passenger side. I'm happy with fitment.. little annoying to get it just right but here goes instructions.
Step 1. Parts will be supplied with white decals on drill locations to mark when you receive them. and 6 Brand new Oem like screws. So grab a pencil, 1/8 Drill bit *nothing bigger*, and a screw driver.
.
Step 2. Do not tighten down. Just get the screw in there to leave you some slack to adjust left/right, and rotation of plug.
Step 3. Get this rounded angle just right as it's important to fitment not being to high. Rotate and adjust until it fits where it's not pushing to much on the bumper. It should have some room to not scrape on the bumper lip. You'll notice the curve tucks behind the bumper. so a minor touch shouldn't be bad as the drill point has a spacer. * Also make sure you keeping inline with the circle drill locations.
Step 4. Once you have it, mark NOT AT THE CENTER, but at the highest point from center to assure your screw will hide the oval shape hole. * Notice the angle of the screw facing up. That's what you want.
.
.
Step 5. Go ahead and screw both top and bottom evenly until they get the position you want, then tighten down snug, not to hard as you don't want any cracking. Then give the bumper a little tap to get the inner tab positioned in its relaxed spot.
Step 6. Tighten down the inner tab screw snug. These are printed parts, what's shown is straight off the printer and not resin coated. You will get resin coated part painted in SEM Trim black.
Step 7. Now do the same thing on passenger side. Just be aware you will need to pull the top drill point towards you to get a good marking. Making the inner tab screw a little more snug for it to stay put may help also.
.

Does this help "lift" the bumper at all to help with the sag?
I feel like if the bottom corner was supported (like this piece) it would help with the side droop.
Hmmmm...

They do not sadly. I will be making some bumper brackets to help with sag, I'll have updates on that in the next few weeks.
These plugs are ready to ship btw.
75 Shipped in the USA. Comes with 6 OEM like screws, instructions, and 4 Marking decals.
I have 2 pairs available.
