I wonder if they should just give you a new CTR with a clean start, and take responsibility for their actions here?

was considering purchasing a ctr as a semi-daily driver. not any more!

The DPSM spoke with some of the local stores about getting me in a 2019. He couldn't guarantee anything and let the Sales Managers know I was looking at 2019 CTR's. One store offered $32k for my car ($2k below NADA clean trade-in for the low mileage) and $1k under MSRP on the new sale. Another offered full NADA trade-in but full MSRP on the new CTR.

There are a few HPDE's coming up but I lost interest in driving the Honda after this experience.

We have two other vehicles (Acura TSX & MDX) that we were initially looking to replace with new Honda products but that plan has changed.
