Are you referencing your PY you just got?
What state will this end up in? Feel free to PM me - I am fairly knowledgable on some the laws regarding titles and have some contacts I can reach out to if I don't know.

If you are in Tampa, you can try The Dent Company for PDR to see what he can do.

I've seen his work on my friend's FD RX7 and some of the areas he was able to get it 99% out. I was impressed due to the curvature of the FD
