The Replacement Parts Thread
Re: The Replacement Parts Thread
Thanks, it does let me check out with them. Shipping kind of kills it (should have said I'm in New Zealand), but ill keep it in mind. I really just want the upper ball joint but Honda won't let you it seems.
Anyone know the difference between 010 and 020 front upper control arms? Probably some tiny change in chamber I'm guessing.

The original Left Rear ABS sensor, for my Type R (part 57475-ST7-801) is no longer available, but I bought and successfully used the sensor for a 2000 Integra LS w/auto (part number 57475-ST7-A01). The orange connectors are the same size and all but one bolt hole lines up.

Adler is oem supplier for the clutch master and slave cylinders. They are identical in every detail and made in Japan. The master cylinder even has the nissin logo. Save your self some bucks vs. the dealer.

It appears the Ignitor 30130-P72-006 is discontinued now too. Just a warning for anyone looking!

Re: The Replacement Parts Thread
2-3 years ago I recall seeing zero-mile heads built with valvetrain for $2500 on many different parts sites, and now I can find none. I'd like my zero-mile block to be less lonely. Anyone have a source or have these entered the realm of unobtanium?

When I put together mine the recommendation I got was to stay clear of the remaining new castings. Reportedly they weren’t as clean as earlier ones. I went with a used head, had it cleaned inspected, refreshed and a full valve job done on it by Portflow. They have a specific cnc program for b18c5 valves that delivered amazing results.

Re: The Replacement Parts Thread
A used b16 head sent to a proper shop would be a good alternative. Thanks for sharing the tip about newer castings. I had not heard that.

Re: The Replacement Parts Thread
I fear I waited too long to find a good used head for when I want to move back towards a stock build.
