I haven't "tracked" the car since getting it back (bedding pads, checking drivability, race belt/seat position), and I've got a modified nose and a different top mounted vented hood (wrt intake temps, as well as a larger throat turbo [7163 Borg Warner] w/cat delete & insulation of downpipe).
So, it's not really a direct comparison, but the tuner told me that even with these things the stock rods were a major consideration along with people possibly having issues shearing third/fourth gears, therefore other than top end gains things were left in the "stockish" range (though the front oil cooler seemed to have helped overalll temps).
Cool. I just picked up a 2020 and just sent out my ECU to Hondata for jailbreaking. My plan is to do flex and possibly Hondata fuel system after i get a feel for the setup.

The shop i dealt with suggested the Hondata fuel system upgrade, earlier on but it didn't come out till my work was essentially finished, My Hondata tune was said to be with the injector duty cycle @ ~ %90 with fuel additive getting the fuel to ~ 100 octane (I could look in the garage for the brand of additive but it's basically several ounces from a Lucal oil additive size bottle).
I like the idea of getting a 2020, and was at my local dealership this past Tues. (sitting and waiting uhhh), before I went to talk to the cute woman in the service department, then then called the dealership in another county (where I bought
their first CTR at MSPR with a previous non-refundable deposit), from and within earshot of the showroom floor and sales people, asking about getting a 2020 CTR and keeping it stock for/as a daily driver.
Having recently retired, I may just get a used one later on if I don't get a new one, almost as a fun investment.

The stock fuel system is definitely the bottleneck. The fuel system is just a bit on the pricey side though.
My plan is to do some data logging on a bone stock with just the flex kit on E30 and see what the duty cycle is at. I've read fuel pump is an issue on FBO and E30, so I'm hoping less airflow will reduce the fuel demand. If the numbers look decent, I'll just stick to that setup. If not, I may just go back down to 93 tune. The $3k fuel system upgrade essentially makes the same power as a bone stock E30 flex. Maybe a little more tq in the lower RPM range.

Thanks, all.
Times keep changing, and we missed our deadline on getting this out. Working on the final stuff now.

It's crazy times and they continue to get wilder. We're all in this together though.
