Maybe you could find a used Toda header. for a decent price? Hope so.
Mugen twinloop is not too loud, but it has a nice sporty subtle sound. It's perfect imo.

I regret not jumping on the 300 dollar toda header posted on the local Honda facebook classifieds group, instagram user brianek9 beat me to the punch for it by like 5 minutes after I saw the post
