Type R Club of America

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but this is what I found out about this car thus far:

Not original motor or transmission with missing TAGS! (will propose some registration problems in some states).
Rear quarters have all been repainted.
Possible missing vin on hood and fenders.
Not original seats.
Plus mooore.

Negative, I have a black JDM converted type r. I am in the market for a clean yellow type r.

They sent me about 43 photos but it's not exporting properly.

The orange paint on the block looks like its a rdot block . The transmission looks brand new.
