List of mods is interesting for such a low mileage caR. Looks like an aftermarket radiator too? If they really want to get the asking price they should be probably switch everything back to stock.

A bit high IMO but a nice car nonetheless. I wouldn't put too much weight to the aftermarket stuff as it's all easily reversible except the EDM rear fog(new bumper required).
Curious if this sells quickly given the condition and mileage.

Agreed. If he returned to stock could get that price.
