IDENTIFY: Side Skirts / Rear Lip

These fiberglass sideskirts and rear lip were on my 97R when I purchased it years ago. Is anyone able to identify who made these? There is no labels, marks, or stamps.
The rear lip has ONE label on it that hasn't been of any help. Take a look at them on the caR when I first got it, and them now off the car. If anyone has any idea, shout it out!
Thanks for the help!

No idea on value, pretty rare now I'd say. The Hyper Rev book lists the original price as 550 for the side skirts and 375 for the rear.

This also looks like the VIS Ace kit - which I believe was a copy of the Azect kit.

The VIS kit was also fiberglass.

VIS usually has labels on all of their products if I recall?
