Looking to buy ITR

I'm interested in a 2000 PY ITR clean title, exterior 7/10...Interior with 7/10 with recarros, car is mostly stock; I need an opinion on what most on this board would value this car around. Any input would be appreciated.

Key variables:
-Title status? Clean / Rebuilt / Stolen/Recovered, etc
-Rust status: None, mild quarter, underbody, more
-Modifications: Stock, bolt-ons (like Recaros), USDM/JDM-front, etc.
