Whats up everyone.
I recently picked up 98-0156 from a good friend of mine. he's owned it for the past years. the car is all original minus the hood and possibly the front bumper (vin sticker is faded)also has had some paint work done on the driver side at on point.. has 247k on all original drivetrain.

Got it on the lift at work to replace the headlamps due to water intrusion and to give it good look over.

Underneath, dirty previous owner lived on a dirt road

pretty much all the bushing are worn and multiple minor engine leaks

Refurbed oem headlamps had laying around to put into my other integra.

ive ordered a ton of new parts from the dealer planning on rebuilding the engine and refreshing the trans and replacing the suspicion bushings and enjoying the amazing car!

Congrats! Is this your first ITR?

Did your friend put most of those miles on it himself?

The teardown phase of a project car is my favorite part!

Welcome to the community! Rock on, this looks like a fun car to enjoy and own. We have a few threads documenting replacing bushings that may benefit. As questions come up, we are here to help. The SE and NC areas also have a strong base of this community.

Is the car still in NC or elsewhere? Like Coolhandluke said, there are a lot of us on the east coast, esp nc/sc/fla, that are on this site. I'm down in Charleston myself.
