ITR Strut Bar Hardware

The online fiche does not show the OEM Strut Bar hardware part numbers. Does anyone know if Honda/Acura ever sold the allen-head bolts and flange nuts separately and if so, do you have part numbers? I'm sure I can find phosphate coated replacements but Honda used a greenish-dark grey coating, probably some sort of zinc. Thanks in advance for your help.

While I'm at it, has anyone found a color match spray paint for the mounts on each end?
