Itr evap canister

Hi guys I’m having huge trouble figuring out why my evap canister bracket doesn’t sit anywhere in my engine bay. Is there a special bracket for 2000 itr? Here’s a pic of my yellow one and here’s a pic of the black integra I took the canister out of. The black one has a threading on the firewall and a little hold on the bottom to hold the canister while my yellow one doesn’t. Any advice on what I should do? Car was never involved in an accident and it’s original place is from Oregon and I live in Cali.

I attempted to help with correcting images, but these appear to be hosted on iCloud. Similar to FB, iCloud doesn't allow cross-site posting. I also see these images are set to expire on April 2nd. I recommend hosting on another image host to allow everyone to quickly see the photos and help you troubleshoot.

I think I found a way for a look at the pictures. Thanks for letting me know. Let me know if you are able to see the pictures now. :)

I was able to fix & get the images to load by:
-Copying & browsing to the posted URL
-Right click the image via URL and select "Copy image location"
-Paste copied image URL in between the IMG brackets

Here’s some of my images and another’s pics. I know some of them weren’t working . I got some images to work and these directly apply here. You are missing a bracket. It goes under the battery tray .

Bottom goes to the metal line underneath. The 98 is called a valve on the plastic device in the middle. On your 99-01 it is called a filter and the 98 it is called a valve. They are not any way similar.

Hey thanks for the reply, I currently have two canisters and the one you have shown me doesn’t work for mine for some odd reason the sensor doesn’t match my connector. Here are some images of the canisters I have and I have some little filter too. Not sure if 98 and 2000 itrs had different canisters. The bracket that you have shown me fits that little filter I have too. Also the tank hoses are different on each one and the bigger hose only seems to work for my fuel tank line.

The 2000 has a canister with bigger lines. The filter goes into the corner of the shock tower (or valve) .

Yea the little filter I have goes where it needs to go but for some reason the bracket that holds that canister has no place to sit. Should I just drill a hole and call it a day 😓. Didn’t wanna drill into my R but I think that might be my only option
