300 mile ITR

I have been casually looking for ITR parts, mostly in an attempt to get them back to their respective chassis. I found someone selling a fender that I thought might've come from a stolen car. I've been up for road trips lately so I rented a car and headed out for the 850-mile round trip that I did in one day! Over 14 hours of driving. Best $35/day rental I ever had! lol
When I got there, he was a really cool guy. Turns out the car the fender came from was from a totaled ITR he bought a few years ago for the drivetrain and to part out the rest. I was a little sad to hear that because I am looking forward to reuniting parts to their former chassis, as well as dislike hearing of totaled ITRs. Oh well. At least the totaled car was put to good use!
So he was pretty excited to hear about how much of an ITR enthusiast I have been since 1997 so he showed me pics of his 3 cars. He doesn't like telling people about his car so I will keep his details quiet.
He is the original owner of either a 2000 or 2001 PY (I need to confirm) that he bought new and immediately put on jackstands. As of today, it has around 300 miles on it!
He also has a 1998 with 42K miles.
In addition to these cars, he built an EK CTR back in 2003. It was beautiful! Since it was back in 2003 when he built it, most of the parts on it were as close to mint as you can get! Also, he bought another wrecked ITR back then, parted out everything but the swap and put the B18C5 drivetrain in it. I believe he said that donor ITR had less than 3K miles on it.
He owns a Honda repair shop and was really busy so we couldn't talk too long. He had a line of 4 people waiting right next to us as he was trying to show me pics. LOL
Pretty cool trip!
What do you guys think his PY is worth?
