Shift knob same as RSX?

Can someone confirm if the ITR knob is the same as the RSX? (Left 5 speed)

Not the same but very similar. It was common for people to use them.

ITR knob is made of titanium. I believe the RSX is aluminum.

I thought that was only for the JDM market
There’s a really old h-t thread where people were using coca-cola and a 9 volt battery to anodize the knob purple. It only worked on the jdm version not the usdm version. Titanium will anodize and aluminum will not using the process.

I'd weigh the two and see if there's a noticeable difference.

Plus, I think I read along time ago something about titanium "coated", in which case the weights of the two should be about the same. < shrug >

Weird I was just discussing This with jay like two weeks ago. I have a heavy as hell one in the garage from when I sold my R, I’d love a way to tell which one it is.

I believe there's also a bronze variant. I rock the aluminum version on my TSX
