Anyone who this car? Badge number?

I ran across this article. Curious if anyone can read the badge number.
I can't fully make out the last two numbers. Looks like possibly 13 or 43. Last number could be an 8, too. I could be wrong.

It's 910. Scott used to post on the old forums, h-t, etc. We had a few features in GRM about ITR Expo in the past too.

I have run across many badge plaques where I have a difficult time making out what the number is. Blurry.

They can be really tough to read.
I've used photoshop to adjust some levels for a few.
