Just a suggestion. Due to the age of original ITR parts like shocks, you're better off buying new aftermarket units. The original shocks will have deteriorated.

Thanks for your input. I was thinking about this as well; however, I would prefer to retain the factory damper curve, hysteresis effects, and nonlinear spring rates versus an aftermarket alternative. The ITR is so well tuned from the factory for street use; if it was for track use then I would certainly go aftermarket.

Just a reminder, some aftermarket shocks like Koni Yellows and KYB AGX series are adjustable and can be made pretty soft/close to stock shocks. Not all aftermarket shocks are stiffer than stock. Bilstein also make a B4 series that is not adjustable but is designed to be close to stock German Sachs shocks but last a lot longer. Not sure if they make them for ITRs though. Worth looking into.

The specs you speak of are what a brand new suspension setup had. Those days are long gone for stock suspensions. Even low-mileage springs have been altered even if the car sat with minimal use.

I'm just offering suggestions because 99% of the OEM shocks you will select from will be way past their useful life.

Also, are you in Maryland? If so, I'm near BWI airport.

For anyone reading thinking, "Welp, my setup isn't what the OP is looking for", whether you have busted, blown, or just high mileage/tired suspension, I'm also in the market for ITR rear suspension and I just need something for a roller.

A good option used to be used JDM oem suspension from the various JDM parts dealers. Not sure if they're as readily available now.
