Hi, I’m currently putting my caR back together and have a few questions. I figured I’d make a thread here and update it as I go in hopes it could potentially be useful for others.

Evap question + harness clips

I’ve noticed that my canister has a provision for a hose on the back. However, I do not have a hose that would go attached there. Can anyone confirm if there actually is a hose that goes here, maybe from the intake? Secondly, I’m sure anyone doing a Honda restoration has come across this problem; harness clips. Does anyone happen to know where we can find them, Honda has long discontinued them. I do remember seeing someone list them on a fb page but they were gatekeeping the vendor. Oem grade would be ideal but something similar would work too!

As far as I know, my '98 USDM EVAP system is untouched, and it has the same unused hose provision. I can't solve any mysteries as to what it's for, but I don't think it's used.

Here it is on parts diagrams if it can help.

91558-ST5-003 for both USDM and JDM - You'll find those pieces in the "Engine Wiring Harness" section as @navin pointed out. You can find aftermarket replacements on eBay (can't vouch for these though)

Great, I’ve been referencing BAT listings but none have pictures of the Evap Canister. Thank you!

Thank you! The aftermarket clips are not to my liking. I do have a few spare harnesses that I may take the clips from if I can find any that are not discolored. Otherwise I’ll put an order in.
