Hi I’m looking to buy some ITR cams for 98 Type R . Also is there any other cams that will work with stock ecu and pass smog?

CTR cams will work too. I'll consider the idea of parting with mine, but they probably won't come cheap. There are some used ITR cams on Marketplace currently.

How much do you want for the CTR Cams . What’s the difference between CTR and ITR ??

The best I can tell from forum knowledge is that they are identical to USDM 00-01. From 97-98 they have 3 degrees added duration on the intake with a slightly different profile. I'll need to dig mine up and make sure they are unused as I think they are. I don't have many price comps besides a used set going for $400 on this forum in 2020. DM me if you'd like to make an offer or have some comps to help decide on a price.
