High Flow Cat

Was just curious what the consensus is on high flow cats in 2024, any have recent experience with any available offerings?

I have a GESI cat, had to get flanges and to mate it up to my JDM 4-1 though. No complains for it. I did get the EPA one and not the more expensive carb legal one
