NOT MINE! Title on Autotrader says it's an RS and ad says it's an LS.

I'm selling a 1994 Acura Integra LS, powered by a 1.8L B-Series engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Overview:
+ A loved Acura Integra in great condition
+ Drives and starts wonderfully
+ Adult owned and garaged
+ Always regularly maintained
+ This is a non-smoker vehicle
+ Clean Autocheck VIN report
+ Three owner (I purchased it from a friend, so know the history from owner #2)
+ All modifications professionally installed and maintained
+ Lots of parts receipts and history
+ Title in hand

Interior:
+ The interior is completely stock and in excellent condition
+ AC and heater in excellent condition, and are fully functional
+ Upgraded Sony CD player
+ Upgraded Infinity 6.5" speakers all around
+ Clifford alarm system

Engine/Intake/Exhaust:
+ Original Integra engine with no modifications
+ Motor/transmission runs very strong without issue
+ KN air filter
+ DC Sports header
+ Acura OEM Type R exhaust system
+ Acura OEM Type R B-Pipe
+ Fidanza flywheel, part #19168, aluminum, 7.5 lbs.
+ Fidanza Carbon-Kevlar 2.1 clutch, part #391121

Suspension/Wheels/Tires:
+ ASR subframe brace
+ Acura OEM Type R rear sway bar
+ Acura OEM Type R front strut brace
+ Acura OEM Type R shocks/springs
+ Acura OEM Type R rear lower control arm
+ New Sumitomo Tires 185/65 R14 with less than a 500 miles on them

Additional modifications:
+ Acura OEM Type R antenna delete
+ Acura OEM Type R rear wiper delete
+ The inside of the wheel wells have been trimmed slightly to accommodate 8" wide tires for autocrossing. The trimmed metal has been treated with an anticorrosion coating by a body shop.

What needs attention:
+ Slight body damage on the passenger rear quarter panel side (please see picture

Type R suspension on non-R integras is the way to go. And R exhaust. All pretty cheap but solid upgrades. Often overlooked imo. :thumbup:
