JDM B18C: rebuild or new motor

Hey guys, I picked up the car this past spring knowing it would need extensive work. I don't mind it, this is the car I've always wanted and I want to do as much as I can with her and learn as much as possible working on her. When I open the oil fill cap, there's smoke and oil sputtering up. Piston blow by? Compression numbers were 235, 220, 225, 225. Ran it again and results were almost identical. Worse case scenario, is a JDM B18C worth rebuilding?
