Type R Club of America

Coming down from NorCal, wondering if anyone is meeting up before hand? Or just meeting up once there. I understand there will be an “ITR Section” anyone else coming from up here?

I'm probably going to head there w/ some guys from Long Beach. Supposed to meet up with more cars at the Dave and Busters near the meet by 7:30.

Yeah Bitanga is hosting the section. Dave and Busters @ Ontario Mills at 7:30. Only a couple miles from AAA raceway

Ill be attending as well from Stockton, i wont be able to leave until early sunday morning though. Ill see you guys there!

Surprisingly large amount of type r's at the meet. sadly, not a lot of integras.....

The CTR section was right next to us and there was 40-50 of them. There were 11 itrs parked as a group. We were right in the middle of the s2k section and the CTR section.

And then there were another 10-15 itrs in the "wild." A really clean 97 with all the good parts. A couple in the vendor areas.

And of course I didnt take any pictures because it was hot. real hot.

Good times, all the itr owners were awesome and helpful. My one observation was they FBP ITR's are rare. There was 1 with the group, and then maybe another 1 in the wild. I was a little shocked by that, but Im assuming its the rare color these days.

I'm glad to hear there was a large Type R turnout and the community was awesome. Your *BP comments echo what we've seen at Recent Type R Expos. While there are *BP Type R's posting on the forums, they haven't been present at community events.
