Seller Comments:
Up for sale is my rare 1998 Integra Type R. 321 of the 1023 of these made. I am third owner, but I have been the owner since 2004. It has been only driven on sunny days, and it has been garage kept otherwise to protect from rust. It is a manual transmission in white with 82,000 miles. I just had it serviced which includes an oil change, front and back brakes, rear rotors, and the state inspection and emissions.

Carfax included

Will Not Ship. Local buyers or those willing to travel to Pittsburgh only.

Email or text.

Spoke to this guy (who apparently wasn’t the owner. It was the gentlemen selling it for him) I was originally told it was a 1 owner car, but then the ad quickly changed to 3rd owner. Nothing on ITR registry about this badge number either. I passed. A bit pricey for a questionable story.

I went and looked at this car this past Sunday, the car is a little rougher than the pictures show.

Basically the whole car needs a respray, there is some rust starting on the passenger side rear quarter, also must of had some paint work done early in its life (there is a decent size paint run on the passenger side rear quarter, there are some dents on the doors (looks like someone was leaning on them or bump it) and has bunch of rock chips on the hood (with one starting to rust).

Interior was dirty but IMO with a good detail it would probably look great. The passenger seat did have a snag on the seat portion and the top of the back seats were pretty faded.

Mechanically the car felt great although the timing belt has not been replaced yet, so this will need done ASAP.

I am still debating on whether or not to make an offer on it, I am looking for an driver so if I were able to get this for the right price would be perfect for me.

IMO that's priced way too high. Rust and previous body work.. ITR prices have exploded but that's no where near a 17k car IMO.

I've always wanted one of these and I'm local, but "firm" price on $17k seems a bit high...
