Tracing 2001 badge #, need assistance

Been trying to narrow down the true badge # of my car. We have narrowed it down to the 01-0470's range. Car 01-0473 appeared in an online video about ITR prices this week, so I marked that of my list of potential #'s. So does anyone reading this own or owned a 2001 ITR with a badge # in the 470's? Would like to cross as many off the list as possible to get it right. Thanks for helping out

What color, and can you share the last 4 digits of your VIN? That might help.

PM the last four of the VIN and we can check the database. The later years are more difficult, but we will do our best.

Sent that info to Doespike via PM earlier, trying to help the process by finding other badge #'s and Vins to fill the gap in the 470 range. The 01-473 car that showed up in the video this week belongs to Madd Maxx and my vin is 3 away from his. His car is also PY. Hopefully the info from his car & my car can start to fill in 470's gap. Also posted on FB ITRCA page.

I have 01-0481 in my personal database, it was on BaT a while back. Last 4 digits of VIN 0828

Not sure if that helps. I dont have any in the 0470 range.

So I located a thread on Honda-Tech by a user name LEN that owned 01-475. A post entitled "Phoenix Yellow #01-475 bites the dust?" dated 10-13-2001 states that the front end accident on the day before deployed the airbags. He also references a previous minor accident on the front. Now to look at my Carfax printout when I get home to see if the date/accident(s) correlate or not. If it does I found my Badge #. If not, I can cross another one off. #476 was/is best guess presently

Len is an OG member from way back and friends with a lot of us. We can probably verify any info on that car if you need more info.

I was going to try and IM LEN thru Honda-Tech, but he hasn't been active on that board for many years. If it is the car I own now, I see in the post where he removed the "emblems", he may still have the original badge. But this info should help fill in the registry either way. If you guys could put me in touch with him via facebook that would be great. I'm sure he would be surprised that its been repaired and is still out there if it is his old car, and will find it interesting that the car next to his on the assembly line had such a similar history if it isn't.

I don't think Len has been on any boards in several years due to family/kids priority. I can ask him to chime in if there are outstanding questions.

Len is OG and good peeps. As an Acura/Honda Parts Manager, he always stocked common maintenance items before Expo. There were a few times where heads/transmissions/other items were shipped overnight due to Expo incidents.
