Power Steering Delete.. Part #'s needed

Anyone have the part #'s from the power steering delete kit that Erik (i believe) put together. This is the one using an external reservoir to keep the rack with fluid still.

FYI looking at that article it explains a fitting I saw up for sale on H-T (m14 to AN-6)
