I would be surprised if this car meets the reserve. I bet the seller wants somewhere in the 25k-30k range. Just list it as no reserve so you don't waste people's time if you really want to sell it and don't have time to enjoy it as he states.

In the comments, the seller states he has the ground wire and removed it for " looks ".
