Spring Rates/specs

So I ordered Spoon Uprated Fixed Dampers. And unfortunately got there Progressive Springs for my 4door LS with 98+ Type-R Swap. It Lowers the car about an inch. Combined they suck. Bounces over every bump. I have some old springs off my 97 ITR and a set on a JDM set for a DB8 with apparently 4Dr Type-R Springs. Not sure what the rates are and or height. Trying to decide which set to try in place of the progressive Springs.

The fronts of my ITR springs are linear and rear progressive, from searching fronts should be 250 in/lb springs and the rear progressive at 150-247 rear progressive

4dr JDM Type-R Springs or USDM 1997 ITR Springs.
Both are if I believe that what I was told- by the prior owner of my 97 ITR was truthful and if the JDM parts supplier knew for sure if they where 4dr Type-R Springs.
I’m not sure if both 2Dr and 4dr Integras of any model are the same spring rate or height because the part # are different

Looking for info if anyone has it. Cut the bump stops last week and that helped some with just cruising down the road. But it’s still bouncing too much over bumps in the road. going to switch to one of the two sets of Type-R springs. Just not sure if one would be better than the other.
Is a 2Dr and 4dr same ride height?
Are they the same spring rate?
USDM 2Dr ITR Springs
JDM 4dr ITR Springs

What do you aim to do with the car?
Examples:
-Street driving only (includes spirited driving)
-Mix of street + Auto-X
-Mix of street + track (HPDE)

For this car, Street/spirited driving. After engine rebuild which is my next project. I'm thinking of trying to source a Used Jackson Racing Supercharger. If I can't I'm might go with a new procharger.
I decided to take my old springs from a JDM 4dr Type-R Suspension ( atleast so I believe) and get them powder coated since they rode the best so far. I wanted a "Like NEW" OEM suspension. Hince the reason I went with the Spoon Sports Uprated Fixed Type Suspension. The Springs I knew where a gamble, having had progressive springs on another setup, on the same car.
Then on my other car 97 ITR I'm going to street/autos. Might get the Spoon Sports Coilovers, not sure if anyone you know has used them? But that one also needs an engine rebuild too. Sigh lots of work in the future.

Just FWIW and all that, typically “bouncing” is too much compression (or too much high speed compression). This is assuming the car isn’t getting on the bumpstops constantly. Have you tried measuring bump travel after trimming the bumpstops yet?

If ride comfort is a requirement and the application is just spirited street driving, progressive springs are my recommendation.
The ride height issue may be related to:
-Spring length
-Shock
