ISO: 98 Canadian spec ecu P73-C03.

Hi we messaged on IG and you helped me out understanding ECUs. Welcome! Still looking out on the west coast for a 98 P73-C03.
I have a spare P73-C04 (CDM 00 01) but it has the immobilizer that would need to be bypassed. It also throws a random CEL for P1457 evap. At least your idle would be normal if it works on a 98. I was lucky to buy a spare P73-C04 from a friend and had jkatman (ffsquad/jpusa) install an immobilizer bypass chip.
