I found this on you tube and thought some of you may enjoy it. I really like the ground location shown near the end.

Hey cool pictures, thanks for sharing. Think i found a few typos in the article, such as chassis code "db8" and vert skater "buddy" lasek.

Page 122 of Sport Compact Car Magazine / March 2001. On the right it has some specs on the car and it has the chassis code as "DB8".
Page 72 of Super Street Magazine / Feb 2001. It has a picture on the right referring to buddy lasek.
Not a big deal, just me being annoying. I like how the engine came from the factory with modifications to the head specifically outlined in the speedvision championship rulebook, less work they had to do. Also the ballast added to the car reffered to as trophies, it was a good read.

Re: Real time vintage footage
Sweet footage! Cool to see the close up of the engine bay of the RTR caR. Interesting that they were using a Mugen header. I'd love to own one of those race caRs.Stin1 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 10:04 am I found this on you tube and thought some of you may enjoy it. I really like the ground location shown near the end.

Good catches. Unfortunately, we don't have power to ask SCC/SS to retroactively update their articles.I am the Liquor wrote: ↑Mon Dec 17, 2018 5:39 pm Page 122 of Sport Compact Car Magazine / March 2001. On the right it has some specs on the car and it has the chassis code as "DB8".
