For the 00-01 engine harness are all the clips on it? And I take it if I am running obd1, I will need to add the tach wire to it still?

Yes all of the retainer clips are there and all of the electrical clips are there and intact. This engine harness has not been modified in any way. Yes I believe that the tach wire will need to be added.
